A great old school rpg. Has everything that made the first one awesome, like the great combination turn-based/real-time, fun character development, plus they've expanded it with more spells and such. Great!

If you pine for the great western RPGs of the early '90s, have worn out your Arkania disks, this game is well worth the price.

It's certainly not for everyone however, so if you're looking for hack 'n' slash or need a lot of hand holding look elsewhere.

A fan of older style rpg's, I find this game and its predecessor, Book 1, very enjoyable. Must haves, though I would wait to get them until they are on sale again. However, saying that, you should expect roughly 20 hours from this game, which is about 400% more play time than the average game these days, outside of the rpg genre which is typically around 10 hours, unless you do absolutely every sidequest.

I heartily recommend this game, and the best part is, when you buy it, you support an indie dev!

If you were a fan of Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, or the original Fallout series, then this is a great game. If you're into games for console systems that

are heavy on cartoonish graphics and predictable story lines, then you will think this game is boring. They have made this game easily playable with a good plot and atmosphere. Turn based combat is fast and easy to control. Character creation and spell system are well thought out. A great game, I gave it 5/5.

I gave this game my best, played it for 10 hours. Weak story, bad graphics, poor layout on screen play. Not even close to being worth the money, in my opinion.
