A first person view adventure//puzzle solving game. Move in environments and solve individual puzzles, almost mini games, trying in the mean time to reach the end of the story. The graphics are very nice and warm, the puzzles are mostly logical, although I do get stuck from time to time. A very relaxing game, if you like puzzle solving it is a must.

A good game, although a bit short. I played it through in 6 hours. That might be due to the fact that some of the puzzles were already familiar to me, having played quite few adventure games before this one. For some opening the safes might be much trickier. I enjoyed the game and would recommend this to anyone who enjoys puzzles. Because the game is sold at such a low price, it didn't bother me that it was somewhat a short game.

This is a point and click adventure, but there's very little adventure per se. There are no hidden items lying about other than notes and letters to read as clues. It's really all about the safes, and that's what makes the game great. There's a wide variety of difficulty in the puzzles, some easy and self-evident, some are real head-scratchers. Being able to solve some of the more difficult ones is a really a sense of Aha!

It's easy to get very absorbed into the game as you try to figure out what to do next and how to solve the puzzles. If you like great puzzle challenges, this is the game for you.

I don't recommend this game, the reason is that it's too complicated, not because the puzzles are hard to solve, but because it's often hard to understand what the game wants you to do.

I immensely enjoyed that game. Lots of puzzles, some of them really tough to crack, keeping your mind on the top speed all the time... but even as it was really difficult to solve some of them, i didn't find moment to get stuck and not to know what to do... The game is well balanced.

Safecracker is a point and click adventure/puzzle style game. It is very light on the adventure or story for that matter. In fact the brief introduction to the game sets the premise as to why you will spend the rest of the game solving puzzles.

The puzzles in the game are well done and well thought out. Some are fairly simple to solve while others will have you scratching your head to figure out exactly how to solve the puzzle. If you like puzzle style games, and games that move at your pace, Safecracker is a game you should seriously consider purchasing. The feeling of solving/cracking some of the safes is very satisfying. Safecracker is a very fun game in which you may wonder where the last hour or two has gone; as you seek to close in on a solution that seems so close, yet so far away. Get cracking, and have fun!

This is an puzzle-adventure game that you visit a mansion to find the secret of a deceased rich person. Basically it's a point & click with lots of puzzles, those are well-designed, hard, and still fun to play with. I wish there are more adventure titles in Gamersgate, those focus on puzzles like this one.
