Strange controls, couldn't get used to the swift camera movements even after an hour of gameplay. I was happy I got this game for less than a pound, otherwise I would have been really disappointed.

It's a great game, combined with a great experience. If you're a D&D player looking for an adventure, I suggest taking a good look at this one and taking time to complete it. Be what you want to be, and do what you want to(within game limits) and be the best savior the world of Fae-Run has had! AGAIN!

Anybody here a fan of Macs and D&D? This game will not disapoint you. It's wonderful, full of pretty memorable lines, decent characters, and nice voice acting. While not as in-depth combat-wise as any D&D Tabletop game, it's definitely got that 'Mountain Dew and Doritos' feel to it.

The gameplay is alright, but the camera is a huge deal breaker for me. It constantly runs into objects and obscures your vision of the player and snaps to what seems like only eight different positions. If your character is facing one direction, your camera may make a jerky move in order to snap to a specific position. There is also an issue with the top left corner of the screen and the middle of the right side. A flashing trapezoid often appears when a dialogue box pops up or cutscenes start. A bit annoying, but if you can live with all of that, the game is okay.

I give NW 3 stars since I am unable to review it properly.

If you have a macbook air I would not bother with this. The graphics using an Intel DH 3000 graphics card is tolerable if it wasnt for all the spell and ability effects being replaced with huge black squares. It just makes the game plain unplayable.

I have looked on the company website but no fix is posted and none seems to be coming.

This game is an absolute classic. They really do not make games like this any more. Dragon age is a close example for a modern version of this but it does not even come close. Hundreds of hours of gameplay have been put into this game over the years. The community is also still very strong so there are alot of sites out there dedicated to it with added content.

A good game, with plenty of replay value thanks to all of the various characters you can make, alongside being able to make different decisions during the game itself.

However, be warned that you may run into bugs while playing the game. If it was relatively bug free, then this'd definitely be a 4/5 star game.

Just a lovely MAC release

A game of many merits.

From extensive dialogues to advanced character development and to a heroic storyline. This game has it all. Aged though it may seem, it still offers many hours of gameplay and is a classic recognized by many. And best of all, there is still an active albeit small multiplayer community dedicated to role playing in Dungeons & Dragons universe.
