Gothic III is a worthy successor to the previous games. It lost some of the charm of the first two games, but it still offers you a large world to explore, and lots of quests to complete. You will visit many different types of locations, each with a bit different styling. That said, the tone of the whole game is just as dark as the rest of the Gothic series -- for instance, the human race lost the war. Have a nice trip.

A quite decent game. You still get everything you expect from a Gothic game. The exploration is better than ever thanks to the much better graphic. The character interaction from the new system is very interesting. The old plot about two comflicting faction still serves well. However, the game is not too well optimized. When it was released, it required a very powerful machine. It is also more glitchy than the previous entries. Overall, it is still a quite decent choice of open world RPG.

Not as good as first and second one but the history behind is one of the best. You go to forest, to the desert and in the snow. The worst part the combat, but also you will be lost in this fantasy world for a lot of time.I will give this a 95/100.
