A very good idea controlling the visible character through the security systems and cameras. Actually cannot even say "control" because you use lights to signal the way to her and when I played the demo a while ago it struck me as a very good idea. Unfortunately it looks as if they were unable to transfer the mood in the translations or it just seems as if that's the case to me.

If you're into adventure games I'd say it's well worth your money and time. If you're new to the genre you may be better off starting with Broken Sword.

The game is quite heavy in relation to graphics quality. Camera angles suck sometimes and they don't reveal but a very small area often. The voice actor seems very skilled with a clear female voice. Controlling the cameras is clumsy especially if the mouse cursor suffers from low FPS. Gameplay is mediocre and it feels like this is an interactive movie instead of a game. I didn't get very far yet after the first couple of hours. There is something of a plot at least, and some puzzles. I'm not sure if any game can be praised of a pretty (IMO) main character, it's so easy to make those models. Anyway she looks nice to my current opinionated eye, and even shows up naked at least once in the game.

What an innovative little gem of a game! Controling a security system, and not the main character is a clever twist indeed! In this game, you don't really know who you are, and you get to know the main protagonist and her world only gradually via various text files and video logs.

There is not a whole lot of interactivity, but for people who like to take their time to immerse into the atmosphere via little details, the game is superb. Not perfect, but very fresh and enjoyable indeed.

This French developed game (known as Experience 112 in France) offers a unique premise. You don't have direct control of the female protagonist Lea Nichols; the player instead turns on/off lights and other devices via a security system (using the mouse) to attract her attention and get her to move toward the desired location, where Lea may notice or do something that advances the storyline in this puzzle heavy game. Playing the game is a little like working a computer's operating system, in that you have up to three security camera windows open simultaneously, monitoring Lea's progress. Also, having all three windows open at the same time can look nice with the graphic settings turned up, but can also slow down the game a little, even on fast CPU's/videocards. The French-to-English translation is competent; not terrific, but not horrible either. If you're looking for something different, you might be interested in The Experiment 112.
